Rome & Beyond
Italy has been a dream. We started in Rome, throwing coins into the Trevi Fountain (legend says it ensures a return trip!) and marveling at the sheer scale of the Colosseum. The layers of history here are overwhelming in the best way possible.
Every corner you turn looks like a movie set. The weather was crisp, perfect for walking around with a gelato in hand (yes, even in November!).
The Food Scene
I thought I knew what pizza tasted like, and then I had pizza al taglio in Rome. The crust was light as air. And the pasta! Cacio e Pepe is officially my new favorite comfort food. Simple ingredients, incredible flavor.
